They did an estimate and even adjusted the price after our call to carshield. They did an excellent job and we would absolutely recommend them.

The quality is good. They just did their normal services.

Although my experience with them was a number of years ago I refuse to ever go back to them, Well I have A truck a Chevrolet truck that a friend of mine talked me into buying and it had the previous owner had rewired it to accommodate because he had bigger speakers system are something and he had the speakers taken out so my radio didn't work, my air and heater I mean that didn't work because nothing was wired up so I took by the Chevrolet place and they were going to rewire, put in new wiring [18:30] and rewire and getting it working and  and it wasn't and every time I call to find if everything was ready they kept putting me off and putting me off and putting me off they kept it like for a month and when I finally went over there to get it not only did the do nothing that they were suppose get done just doesn't work and I don't think that they did the work and this is after I paid them my seat belt were missing out of the car the arm rest were missing off the doors and parts were missing off my engine and when I asked him about it they blamed the mechanic they said that know one that works for him refused to stand behind it refuse to replace anything on there and I said this is the kind of hectic you have at this place I will never again patronize your place nor will I ever do business with anything along sizes this man. They said well we are not responsible for things left in the car I said things left in the car oh like Oh I don't know  the radio oh loose items things of the car does not count like the seat beat the arm rest the air filter some part of the engine the fact that you didn't even do the job you were paid several hundred dollars to do.

It was excellent. They are accurate in their work. They are very good in meeting their appointment time and their commitment as far as the amount of time to do the repairs.

It is hard to get to. They changed some of the directions of the streets around it. It had nothing to do with the dealers. It was the city planners.
They are awesome. After the sales, when you bring it back to get serviced, they are so quick and I have only once had to have them take it overnight. That is important to me. I'm not sure if you can get a replacement car as I have never had to use one. I really like the way they talked to me. I was raised in a house in which my Dad was a service manager in a car dealership. They don't treat me like I am an idiot. As long as I am willing to ask questions, they are more than willing to answer them.

I have been going to John Miles Chevrolet since 2007. I had a great experience buying my car from them. I had a great experience selling my car back to them. The service department was terrible. The only the reason I purchased from them and then sold the car back to them was solely because of the service I got from James Anderson. He is one of the main salesmen over there. He was very helpful, prompt, personable, and definitely does not make you feel like you are at a car dealership. He is very, very good. Very responsive. I dealt with him strictly and when we had problems in other departments he would be the one to make sure what needed to be done got done. I got a fair price for my car when I sold it back to them. I would use them again strictly for sales only.

They promptly and correctly fixed the problem. The additional assessment and list of issues was very helpful and didn't cost me anything extra. I took a second car in for service the next day and they allowed me to use a coupon I received in the mail on both cars! Many thanks to the service department.
As dealer service departments go, the price was good, and I would go back for service.

The service was quick. I liked it. I was in and out in no time. They staff was wonderful. They have got a new building and it was very nice. The service area is good. They were least expensive in town.
