Unfortunately most of the price was the alternator because Ford charges a lot of money. I've used them several times and they are always helpful. They let you know what's going on and they are very informative.

They were prompt, very courteous. I enjoyed working with them. The A/C isn't as cold as I had expected, so I called them and they said that they would take a look at it. Everything seems to be good customer service wise. I highly recommend them.
