The house I bought had tile in the bathrooms that were installed by Flooring & Tile Superstore of Conyers, GA. Shortly after we moved into the house we noticed that one of the separators they put in when they install it was still in the grout in one bathroom and in our other bathroom part of the floor was not even grouted. The company called and told me that someone would be out early the next morning and the guy showed up late in the afternoon. He did not speak English well and I couldn’t understand a word he said. I showed him what needed to be fixed. When he finished it looked okay but upon closer inspection we realized that when he took a screwdriver to the grout he to get the separator out he cracked 3 of our tiles and the grout was not the right color. I called to complain and sent pictures to the company. They sent out their supervisor Patrick who looked at the tiles and he said to my husband and I that the grout was all different colors, and would we like it to match? We told him that we would like it to match as much as possible. He said he would take care of that. A month later they sent the same idiot out with a helper. I couldn’t believe it, then the supervisor Patrick came in after them and I told him I wasn’t happy to see the same guy back here and he told me that he was going to stay to make sure the job was done right. The guys were finishing up and asked me to take a look and I asked them about matching the colors up. They couldn’t understand me and Patrick the supervisor had left before the work was completed. I had to contact Faith at their office. She told me they were not going to do that. I took a closer look at their work and the grout lines on my tub are not straight and one tile is cut at an angle to come over my tub and the three tiles they replaced do not. Today Faith called me to inform me that they were not coming back to fix their shoddy workmanship. At this point I am going back to the builder and if he doesn’t get it done right then I have no choice but to sue over this matter. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

I used the company earlier in 2015 and the work was acceptable after a repeat installer visit to re-place transition pieces because the were lose and lifting. I returned to the store in early October 2015 to purchase carpet for a small bedroom. The installer completed the installation, but removed the tile transition piece and did not replace. The installer stated my husband said not to replace; however, the installer sealed the carpet with tacks and gold band preventing proper replacement of transition. I went to the company and provided pictures showing the 3" gap between the carpet and tile, the owner/manager (I think his name is Patrick) stated they were not responsible for replacement of transition. As a result, the carpet installation in my opinion was improperly completed and the owner/manager was not willing to complete the work properly. I had to hire another installer to complete the job properly, it cost additional $100 to complete work.

Unsatisfied and the company still billed me for the remaining balance $169.22 which I will pay in spite of poor workmanship and customer service.
