Landscaping
after my sister and myself being customers a number of years in rental units; we purchased our own home and moved our landscaper with us.
for the past few months, the maintenance has not been up to par and when i contacted them to ask what was happening; they took forever to respond.
i contacted them again today to find out when they would be out to cut the lawn as the last visit was back in June and thru an email dated July 2nd, i understood everything was the same as always.
with my birthday this weekend and company expected, i called to find out when they would be out as the grass in knee deep and was told by the office personnel that they had decided to drop my account!!!
no notice, no notification by email, text, phone conversation... NONE!!!
