The owner was very professional and curteous on the telephone. She provided the basic information and we discussed my request. She confirmed that next day via telephone. I paid for the Deep Cleaning service and used the $20 coupon from their website. They arrived on time. Though they were very curtious and professional, they do not clean well at all. They indicated that they would clean the base boards and they were not cleaned at all. They did a bad job dusting, my master shower stall was not cleaned at all. Overall, they really did not do a good job at all. I had to clean when they left, as I was having visitors the next day. I do not feel that I even received a basic cleaning, much less the "Deep Cleaning" I paid for. It is very unfortunate, as I was looking for a permanent service for my house and 2 other households.
