There are no words for the nightmare I have lived as a result of this company. In July 2019 I was referred to this company from State Farm insurance. The leak I had was outside of my house and not causing any damage to the structure of my property. Better Pluming came out and advised me the leak was in the pipes in the slab of my house and it would be better to replumb my house in the ceiling as opposed to attempting to find the leak in the ground. I paid $3K in cash for the replumbing. 4 months later the entire ceiling of a room in my home collapsed leaving a 6x6 foot hole in my house. This was caused by a ruptured pressure line that had a faulty connection from the work done in July. Now, again another faulty leak has caused extensive damage to my home with black mold growth. There is so much more I could write about additional issues I had with this company along with pictures to show the poor work done. I am now left with a home without walls due to the damage from this company.

I have a rental house that new tenants are moving in next week and I noticed the Bathroom drains were draining slowly. So I called Better Plumbing Services and they sent a plumber right over. Alan arrived at the house and got right to work. After he cleared the drains I then had him inspect the entire house where he found a few more things that needed to be done. Like tightening the Kitchen Faucet. Now the house is ready for my new tenants. Thank you Better Plumbing Services for the great response time and professionalism.

My husband found A Better Plumbing Service in the yellow pages. I am very pleased with the work they did for us. The repairmen called to tell me he was going to be late. He came in and worked after hours to finish my job so we would have water in the kitchen.
