Atlanta Sprinkler Repair

Michael was out in July 2022 to service our irrigation system - replace sprinkler heads and repair a leak in one of the zone pipes. Recently discovered the same leak that was repaired when Michael and his tech assistant were out in July. Same area - same zone. Paid their invoice via Zelle - which was a mistake!!! I have called and left numerous voice mails - sent several text messages - not one of my communication attempts have been acknowledged. I would definitely not recommend using this company - they do not stand behind their work and obviously, the work performed isn't quality as I wouldn't have the same leak again four months later.

They eventually got the system working, but at $115/hour it was to expensive.
 - It took probably 4 trips to the house to get the system working.
 - I need to call several times to find out when they were able to come back
Seemed like like it took too long to figure out what was the issue.
I am going to try another provider, this season for my startup.

The father an son are very nice and friendly.

The two men, father and son, were friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. They adjusted and repaired our system but did not have the capability to add irrigation to new areas.

I needed to have all of my sprinklers adjusted and some capped off. They found a busted pipe (I had noticed some water pooling in my yard but didn't pay attention to it). They promptly fixed it and were efficient with the rest of the job. They were very professional and so friendly and funny! It's a father and son team and they're the kind of people that you want to do business with
