Water Softener Service
We purchased a whole house filter and softener system for our home. The owner/salesman was friendly and installed the system on time. This is where the everything went bad. I soon discovered that I did not receive the correct sized equipment for my home application. The equipment was way too large for our home and because of this, we are not able to adequately backwash the filter and softener. The equipment came with a 6 month money back guarantee and a 10 year warranty. I have attempted to contact this company for more that six months, and they never answer their phone or return any messages that are left. The whole business is a scam and I highly recommend that you do not purchase anything from them.
