Roger was a pleasure to work with. Customer service was amazing. He was punctual, detail oriented and friendly. From our very first call he seemed like the right person for the job, and I am so happy that he exceeded my expectations. This is a newer company but he has over 20 years of experience under his belt and it really showed.. There werenâ t as many comments as others but the quality of the reviews allowed me to take that chance. Pricing is reasonable and he does NOT up-sell non need service, if more recommendations are needed he will let you knowâ ¦ And this to me was just amazing! I received a thorough inspection that included pictures and he took the time to explain what was wrong and even gave sound advice. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. 10/10 recommend you will not regret.

Roger is highly experienced and left no stone unturned. Despite the inspection taking twice as long as planned he performed both a termite/pest and home inspection for almost half the price of some other quotes I received from Angiâ s list. He waited for us to show up and explained every single finding and remedy in detail. This is the kind of work ethic we need in the world today! You cannot go wrong with A.N.S.V!
