Serving Northeast Georgia since 1971, American Pest Control, Inc. has its home office in Athens with a branch office in Conyers to serve the Atlanta metro area. Serving customers with honesty, integrity, and professionalism is how Gene Higginbotham, owner of American Pest Control, Inc., has built Northeast Georgia's largest family-owned pest control company. American Pest Control also has a locations in Hartwell, Toccoa, Winder, Commerce, Lake Oconee, Washington, Clayton, St. Simons Island, and Anderson, SC. American Pest Control, Inc. stays abreast of cutting-edge pest control technology and is always looking for ways to improve their approach to pest control, known as Integrated Pest Management. Our program of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is the most effective and comprehensive approach to pest eradication and prevention performed in today's market. A dramatic achievement in managing total pest control, our approach successfully produces a pest-free environment without having to rely totally on traditional pesticides. The keys to IPM are inspection, sanitation, exclusionary and physical controls, and chemical controls. American Pest Control, Inc. uses the most up to date technology and procedures to manage termites at your home or business. We use a toolbox approach to termite control. In this toolbox, we have Liquid Termiticides, Foams, Baits, and Monitoring systems to help in the eradication of termites as well as the prevention of termites. American Pest Control is an Authorized Operator of the Sentricon® System.
