Jim had come out to service our 16-year-old, poorly installed air conditioner in early April. In addition to issues noted with the furnace on a previous visit, Jim noted the AC was not in good shape. He said he could do about $600 worth of work to try to limp the AC through summer and also gave us four options for system replacement. We anticipated having to replace and appreciated him guiding us through the options and patiently answering all of our questions. When we made a decision on the two-stage system, All Air made arrangements to come out the next week for a two-day install. The install crew was great -- very polite, cleaned up the basement/crawlspace and communicated with me throughout the process. When it came time to fire everything up, the owner, Jason, came out to walk me through everything, check that the vents were blowing properly, and check that the system was working as it should. He also patiently answered all my questions and made sure not to leave until I was comfortable with everything. The difference in comfort at our home was notable instantly. The system is so much more efficient than our old one. Jim, Jason and Beth are all very responsive and courteous and were just a pleasure to work with. And it's clear even to a layman that they take pride in their craft and do good work. I'm also very pleased with the warranties on parts, labor, etc. Highly recommend and will keep them coming back to service the system for years to come.

I live in a midrise condo that is twenty years old.  The building has numerous idiosyncracies and HOA covenants which made the selection of a new unit and its installation difficult.  Several companies I called were only interested in cookie cutter installations.  This was not the case with All-Air.  Jason spent considerable time on research and problem solving and kept me informed as we progressed.  The technicians were very experienced and professional.  It seemed like they enjoyed working together.  It is true that I won't really know how good the installation was until five years down the road, but my impression is that they did a very good job.  Because of the complex nature of my situation this was not a short process, but I felt it moved along at an acceptable pace.

The cost was covered by insurance. The experience went well. The guy responded very quickly. The service technicians came out and they did the installation. They came back out a week later for a service. I will use them again in the future.

He was quick to respond and was very thorough. He was also very polite. He gave me several different options. He was very professional and would answer all of my questions. He really has great service.

They were on time. The work they did was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to my friends. They will now provide the maintenance service on the air conditioning system.

Jason is the contact person at All Air. He had consistently been courteous and professional, and has always arrived on time. When considering heating/AC units, he did actual measurements and calculated our needs precisely. Installation techs have also been consistently professional, paying attention to detail. When we had our unit installed, the blower unit he had recommended was not immediately available. Instead of delaying the work, Jason upgraded us to a variable speed unit at no additional charge. Jason oversees all work. Quality is noticeably better than other work we've had done. A tech came back and checked on the system after installation to make sure everything was working correctly. The system works better and more efficiently than any we've had.

Of the five contractors who bid on the job, All-Air performed the most comprehensive survey. Their representative, Jason Denny, was among the most knowledgeable about his products and the HVAC field. All-Air was the only bidder to offer a selection of systems with varied levels of features. Their installers arrived on-time every day for the duration of the installation, and stayed late if necessary to meet each day's goals. They installed plastic sheeting over our carpets, and removed and replaced our old HVAC units without leaving any damage or marks to our home's interior. No packing materials or other debris was left for us to deal with. The installation was performed in a workman-like manner. After the systems were checked out, we were given a complete set of instruction manuals and other documentation, plus Mr. Denny went over a step-by-step explanation for operating the systems. Our experience was very satisfying and we would be happy to recommend them to anyone!

The owner's name is Jason Denny. He was the lowest of 7 or 8 bids, he was just a great guy. The Trane system they put in malfunctioned, and he's out there today to upgrade it with a better unit under the existing warranty. He stands by his word and gets on something right away. The original unit was 2 tons and was one of the last ones with an 11 seer rating. They installed 13 seer because of the new laws. The price included all of the duct work, the thermostat, and all the related work. They're totally professional, their crews are professional and they clean up after they're done.
