Called around to find prices for fixing a leak causing water to leak into a bathroom air vent. They came out and had the lowest bid. Hired them, they came out within a few days and started working on it. They saw the state of my roof and decided on their own to inspect the rest for potential problems. They found a leak around my chimney that I'd noticed before but didn't mention. Had them fix both leaks with new shingles and some new siding on the chimney. They also patched up a couple other little places that looked like it might become a problem later. Took their time getting it done, but I didn't care about that at all. Did a good job, leaks fixed well, and no surprises on the bill. I invited these guys back to do my gutters in a different job.
