concrete repair
 + -1 moreHe said he needed the money immediately because he had not estimated enough materials. I gave him the money, and was supposed to pay him the major amount at the end of the job. Just before the concrete was to be delivered, he left the job and left two other workers to finish up. There still wasn't enough material to do the job, and they didn't install enough expansion joints. A few months later it had started to crack. He put some patch on and took the rest of the money I owed him, and left. A few months later I got much larger cracks, which he said he would come out and fix, but he has never showed up to repair it.
Description of Work: I hired him to build a parking pad in my backyard. I had a small pad, but they needed to enlarge it for me. He quoted me a price that I agreed to. They came out the day of the work, and hadn't ordered enough concrete or aggregate. He came to me twice asking for more money (in cash).
