Five stars are not enough to rate my experience with King Tree Experts, Inc. They are indeed experts at what they do. From obtaining an initial quote to having to scale back the amount of trees I needed to have removed slightly, Lee King and the office contact Kim were responsive, professional and great to do business with. A team of 8 tree removal experts showed up today well in advance of their scheduled 8:00 AM arrival and went straight to work. Each team member worked in a specific group, some were cutting branches and smaller trees, some were operating equipment, some were cleaning and directing traffic, and two were climbing trees. They removed three 30 ft high pines trees, a large oak tree and several mid-sized and smaller trees, grinded stumps and cleaned the entire area in as little as 3 hours. They are skilled and have perfected the daunting job of safely removing trees and grinding stumps. Did I mention their equipment is top notch and way beyond what I could have imagined was needed to do the job. I am grateful and thankful to Lee, Kim and the entire crew for a JOB WELL DONE! If you are looking for a professional, licensed, insured and reasonably priced business to remove trees, look no further than King Tree Experts, Inc.

They have done tree work for me in the past and did a wonderful job. I am currently in the process of hiring them for another tree job and I look forward to working with them again.

these people are very professional.one of these trees had to be accessed by backing a mobile crane that was on caterpillar treads.the crane was backed in between 2 house in a neighboring subdivision to access and remove a 90 foot tree.they got it all done in a very professional manner and their clean up was exceptional.I give them 5 stars for workmanship and price.I would use again if I need further tree removal.

I have used King Tree previously to remove a couple of other trees and I called them again. The first two times everything went off without a hitch, but this last time the crew cut through an electrical line by accident that was buried in the ground when they went underground to remove all of the tree trunk. I called them and they sent an electrician out to repair the cut line and everything worked great. This is a good company who really respects their clients and if something does go wrong they fix it. This is the type of customer service that we all deserve but many times we don't get from other companies. I am very grateful to King Tree Experts for removing my tree and also for covering the cost to repair the electrical line. Accidents can happen as we are all human and it is great to work with a company that accepts responsibility and fixes the problem if there is one. I have told many of my neighbors about this good experience and have encouraged them to use King Tree Experts if they really want a professional company who stands behind their work.

Perfect. Have used King Tree Service over a number of years, and WAS NOT disappointed this time. King Tree Service has both the equipment to do any type of job, and has trained crews that care for personal property while the work is being done. PLUS, they go to great lengths in cleaning up debris after the job is finished. By far the most efficient tree service we have ever used in Georgia.

We had used them in the past and were pleased with their work and professionalism, so we initially favored them over all the others from whom we obtained quotes. They matched the lowest quote that we obtained. They showed up on time and went right to work. Everyone on their crew had a job and was busy doing it until they drove off 3 hours later. When they left, the only indication that they or a large tree were ever there was the pile of ground wood chips in the driveway that we asked them to leave and the mulch pile where they ground the stump.

I couldn't have picked a better expert tree removal company. You could tell how the 10 men worked together with a large crane. The the big tree came down in pieces and after it was removed by the crane from the back yard to my driveway, the crew quickly cut the branches off and cleaned the drive just like they found it. They were truly professional.

Everything went well, it took a little less than a week to get someone out to give me a quote on the removal. I told them to go ahead with the work two days later after receiving other quotes, they informed me they would let me know the exact day they would be coming out about 4-5 days before hand, but it would probably be about a week to a week and half out. I called a week later to get an update, said they would call me back and let me know. Got a call the next day to say they were on their way, with not much prior notice. Work was done well, efficiently and took a lot less time to get everything cut, ground, and hauled away.

They were here promptly and got right to work.  Walked the job with me to insure everything was correct.  Even cut off a dead limb on my dogwood tree for no charge.  They cleaned up all debris in yard and on the street.  Removed excess wood chips from stump-grinding process.  I will  definitely use them again.

They did an amazing job. They were prompt, profession, had excellent equipment to perform the work, and were very respectful in protecting our property during the process. We've had other tree work done, but none came close to the service offered by King.

VERY professional. On time start. Clean well maintained equipment. Very efficient, experienced and safe crew. No wasted motion. Cleaned up as they went. I WILL use them again.

The original paperwork I had signed, was to hire them to remove several trees and grind the stumps down. There was a tree that I did have them cut down, after they cut it down, I had changed my mind and decided that I would like to have the stump removed. The referenced the original contract that did not include the stump removal of the tree they just cut down. We came to a verbal agreement for extra costs to have this stump removed and some additional work that I wanted done. I paid the extra costs and they did almost everything else that I asked them to do, but they left that stump in my lawn from a tree that they cut down, that was supposed to be removed by our verbal agreement and extra costs I paid. I would say the did do a really good job, but I would also recommend that If you hire this company and need extra work or service, you make sure that you get the changes in writing.
