Arrow Waste

I have never received customer service so bad. Our trash hasn't been picked up in almost 2 weeks. We have called so many times. Each time they say, "the direction in the system was wrong (NE, SW, NW etc)", "The route in the system is bad", "we have a new system so we are transferring over", "did you put it on the curve before 7a", "is it away from the mailbox", and the list goes on. Each time was just an attempt to stall the delay. I call multiple times a day. We have 2 services with them. Waste and recycling. After calling today and assuring that we are yet again on route, let's see if they pick up waste and recycling. Each day we were told they coming. a mixed review-- though this is partly Angie's List fault and partly Arrow Waste I did not know, that apparently, listed companies on Angie's List, are "listed" but do not "use" Angie's List. By that I mean, they do not respond to the messages, as they are not linked to Angie's List, though they have the "Message Link" adjacent to their name -- which resulted in a 48 hours delay as they did not respond to the message and thus by the time I needed the dumpster, I could not get the size I wanted the response from Angie's List when I raised this question was: "As a member of Angie’s List, we can help you find the right provider for just about any job you need done. However, we do not own or control companies on the List. Instead, providers appear on the List because a member has shared feedback on service the company's performed." after the 3rd call..... the service was great, though the dumpster available was smaller than I wanted due to the delays, though it all worked out OK I prearranged for the pickup -- done as scheduled I WOULD use Arrow waste again -- though obviously NOT message them through Angi's List and if not for the messaging mix-ups and delays and thus the need for 3 calls -- they would be an A in all categories

We found that of all the companies we looked into, Arrow had the most competitive price with no hidden costs, and most flexibility on delivery/pickup/length of time dumpster could be kept. Delivered the dumpster same day and when we called to have it picked up, they came in about 30 minutes and took it away! No damage to driveway whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Price with the Angies List Discount was Great.  I ordered a 20 yard dumpster.  It arrived ON TIME for my project and in Good shape.  Pick up was also ON TIME and flawless.  I will order again

I called in the morning and the dumpster was delivered as I requested the next morning. They picked it up when I called and asked them to pick it up. Very nice and efficient service.

Professional, on time, responsive and great driver who had to squeeze in a tight driveway. Would use again.

They were good and easy to deal with. They delivered and picked up the dumpster within 24 hours of the request to do so.
