Horrible! I've never seen two companies who have no interest in a clients personal property.

It was extremely good. It was a very small move.

Move went very smooth. Have used ABF twice before, never a problem with their Drivers, Dispatchers or timing of pick up or delivery. Would rate them as excellent and Five Star for price and professionalism.

This is a no brainer if you want to save money and control
how your load is packed. When we compared quotes to the big boys like
Mayflower/United and three other national movers we save $$$ thousands of dollars with
ABF. Our move from ATL to Spokane, WA. took only 8 days with ABF
whereby the other companies told us they need 2-3 weeks. The
trailer arrived the day they promised (within a few hours) and they even picked-up the trailer on a
Sunday. We had very minimal damage and zero breakage because
we packed the trailer and the boxes. ABF leaves the trailer 3 days on
each end to pack/unpack! The trailer is 24' and was workable even in
tight parking spaces (we had a townhouse).
ABF is the way to go if you 1. You are paying for the move yourself 2. You
can pack your own boxes and wrap your own furniture and 3. You can hire the manpower
to load and unload the trailer. 4. You have a large distance.

Overall, it went well. My move date was pushed back, but they accommodated the change without a change in the price. There was one box that somehow toppled over and papers fell out, they did get wet, so I guess the container is not entirely water-proof. The service with dropping off and picking up the container was good and on time. The container was smaller than I anticipated, but I was able to fit most of my furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment in the container. I had a futon, bed, box spring, dresser, a few book shelves, coffee table, bike, and quite a few boxes. The main furniture items I couldn't fit were patio furniture (table and chairs) and my dining room table and chairs.

Things went very well. They dropped off the cube and delivered it at the times they said they would. Everything went very smoothly.

Smooth as silk. The process and the timing were exactly as promised. I moved one roomful of furniture out of state (645 miles). Quotes from traditional movers ranged from $1800 to $2300, and renting a U-Haul was surprisingly expensive (not to mention a huge hassle). With careful packing, I could have fit several rooms of furniture into the Relo Cube and transferred it all for the same amount of money. I found the company on Angie's List and called the number on their web site to get a quote. They were able to fit me into their Cube drop-off schedule within 48 hours, and the driver arrived at my home in ATL precisely on time. A driver then came back the next day (also on time), picked up the cube and delivered it to my location in Maryland within two business days. I couldn't get over how smoothly everything went. I arranged for casual labor to help me load and unload at each end. (True to their name, U-Pack does not pack, load or unload your goods.) Filling the truck carefully to ensure stuff doesn't bounce around is the customer's responsibility, so I wedged stuff in tightly and used a lot of padding. Nothing was damaged during the move. Even when adding the hourly rate for two strong backs (plus tips) at each end, I transported my stuff for less than 1/3 the cost of U-Haul or traditional moving company. ABF U-Pack's professionalism, courtesy and punctuality was a welcome bonus. I recommend the company with no reservation.

On the Atlanta side, they were very polite and did a great job. On the Dayton beach side, we had some issues with them.

This was such an economical way to handle a long-distance move. It was a lot cheaper than hiring a moving company. We packed the semis ourselves and they even offered packing materials, but we used our own. We had a delay getting into the new house and they had to store our things for about 3 weeks but didn't charge us a fee for that. When we were ready, they delivered the semis to our door to be unloaded within one day.
