Mr. Denard came personally and measured, got back to me on the quote, then gave me an estimation on the week his team would come. The team was thorough and did the work in one day with complete cleanup. They were courteous and professional. It came at a perfect time-just as they left, we received a heavy rainstorm. We were able to see the successful installation at work and were very pleased at how much nicer our home looked after their visit.

We had been given 10 days to replace our roof color by the HOA in our neighborhood. After contacting Joe Denard, owner of Denard's Construction, he and his team replaced our roof within the 10 day timeframe. They did an excellent job, were very professional and were very interested in quality and customer service.

I cannot just mention this instance that we have worked with Joe Denard, he has done several jobs for us and we wouldn't have anyone else .. he is dependable, reliable and an excellent craftsman .. we would jump off a cliff if he told us to .. he has never given us bad advice and has provided A+++ service .. we would recommend Joe to anyone looking for quality workmanship from someone they can absolutely trust

Joe and his team were fantastic. He came to examine the roof for the free estimate, sent everything to me over email and was very responsive to all of my questions and issues. They reported to work on-time, despite the early hour, were finished within two days and did an adequate clean up job. They even disposed of a shed for me, without charge. Very professional. I even had a few lingering concerns and Joe drove out to speak to me directly and check the work on the roof, without charge or complaint. Could not have been more pleased. I contacted them initially on the referral of a family member, although I did get estimates form several companies. I would highly recommend them.

Joe Denard came and gave an estimate, very responsive and professionally installed new roofing due to hail and wind damage. In and out in a day and a half. Very good crew and a good clean up.

Denard's does the full scope of repair. Am considering them for more of my projects. Contacted 3 recommended by Angie's List. All were good; one couldn't/wouldn't do fascia/soffit. Denards was the lowest. That was NOT the deciding factor. The others sent estimators; all questions were not answered. Denard owns the business and had all my answers. I really was impressed with the Quality of workmanship of his Crews. How often have you had 4 quality crews with different skills working for one contractor.
