Great work by Daniel and Isaac. Professional and easy to communicate with. Had exterior brick painted, all rotten soffits and trim were replaced and caulked,painted. Fixed the chimney flashing that was shotty from a previous contractor. Took down old gutters and replaced with new ones.

"Had Original Chimney come out and Clean my chimney. Chimney wasn’t very dirty and they checked the remainder of chimney for fire hazards and safety they charged me 220.00. They said one of my prefab tiles needed to be replaced and cost 315.00. Later I received an invoice that showed I needed two tiles replaced and they also put up another screen. It was screen only. They used spray paint to fix paint peeling. The total cost was 1200.00. I feel like this was a little to expensive. I will not use this company again with out getting servers"

Light, consistent pressure to pull down the bulk of the snow is all that’s needed—if you clear right down to the shingles, you’re probably using too much force and risking roof damage.

If your roof leaks in heavy rain, that means the roofing is compromised and will need to be inspected and likely repaired. Small holes or cracks in the roofing material or flashing may not be noticeable in dry weather or even in a drizzle, but if they suddenly become noticeable when heavy rain comes, it likely means that small amounts of water are leaking in at other times, potentially causing damage.

Sometimes chimney caps blow off during storms or fall off after rusting away. While this typically won’t cause structural damage, failing to replace a chimney cap can. A chimney cap prevents moisture, animals, and debris from entering your chimney, all of which can cause serious problems, such as damage to the masonry or blockages in the flue.
