Concrete Repair
We were building a new house for my elderly mother and in October 2009 we hired Robert Holbrook to pour the footers and block foundation for the house. His initial estimate included footers, block walls, termite blocks and initial band for floor joists, with a timeline of two weeks. After @six weeks he had not finished. When he told us he was finally finished, we called the truss company and the framer to begin. The framer called me and said the walls were not square, not dimensionally correct to the print and not level. I called Robert and told him to go fix it...His response was "I'm Sorry" . Additional calls only produced excuses...He's sick...He had to go visit friends in Florida!!!!...etc. He finally quit taking my calls. We eventually had to hire another block mason to complete the job at an additional $1430.00. I do not recommend this contractor for ANY work whatsoever!!!!
