Called around 4pm when I got home from work and found no cold air blowing. The tech was supposed to be there around 5:30, but was able to get there before 5pm. Checked out the whole system, found the small problem (a wire had worked loose) and fixed it within 15 minutes. So polite, very well spoken. We talked for another 15 about the house and the system issues, he had good advice and tips I appreciated. Definitely worth it.

He responded within 30 minutes of my after-hours call.  The diagnosis was announced about 5 minutes later.  He explained that the resetting that automatically occurs when the circuit board is removed and re-inserted might last a couple of weeks, or a couple of hours.  I approved replacing the circuit board and he immediately called the warehouse to catch them before they closed.  He went to the warehouse, picked it up, came back, installed the new one, and was finished 10 minutes later after testing that this one worked properly.  I have a maintenance agreement contract with them(for only $20 per year!), so the non-emergency labor rates and parts discount more than offset the maintenance agreement cost!.  I am very pleased with all the aspects of dealing with Watley again and will continue to use their services.

This was several summers ago, my husband and I were waiting on our new house to be built and we were in a rental home. The A/C went out in the rental. The realators of the rental never sent anyone out to work on the A/C. So while checking on the new house we mentioned to our builder that our A/C was not workiing, he called Watley Heating and Air. They meet us at the rental seen that a conductor was burned out and the A/C had frozen. They fixed it and said that they need to come back and check on it. They cma back that evening around 8 pm to verify all was working well, this was a Saturday too. If it wasn't for Watley we would have been suffering a very long time with no A/C. Our builder paid the bill for the service. For Watley to come on such short notice and to come back and check on it. That is a company that cares about the people they are servicing. We consider the employees at Watley our friends we talk very highly of this company. We recommend them greatly. Oh by the way Watley installed the A/C unit in our new home and almost 5 years no problems but if we do have any problems Watley is who we are going to call. Thank you Watley you made what could have been a very bad summer into a great summer!!!

They were professional and timely. They back up their stuff. If I had a problem I would call them and they come right out. The air went out and it was extremely high like 100 degrees weekends or something. The guy came out and he was charging me the weekend fee like a little extra but it was a regular working day. He serviced it and gave me pointers on maintenance.

It went well. They got the job done in about an hour and cleaned up after themselfs well

Went above and beyond what I expected for a reasonable price.
