The service was professional and thorough and gave assistance above and beyond what they were asked.  I went to the office with a list of addresses, they explained the process and provided keys for me to use.  They answered all of my questions.  When I returned they asked about my opinion of the properties and seemed to genuinely disappointed that none of their properties were what I was looking for. 

Waddell Realty Company Rental Dept. in Columbus.  I think they dabble in several things with Realty properties, do the leasing and stuff but also for Realtors.  I used them a couple months ago around January.  They were helpful and knowledgeable.  It seemed like they were known in the area.  They were nice, they knew the area.  That was helpful.

The realtor, Penny Goodnoe, was good and found us what we needed. She listened to everything we said. The house she found was perfect. The house was checked out and the only problem we had was the Pallium window had some rotted wood on the bottom that they were supposed to fix. They did a facelift to it but underneath is wasn't fixed right. But other than that we have had no problems. We told Penny what we wanted and she got us exactly that and she had never seen the house before. We have recommended to her to others.
