I received a response to my request for an estimate timely and someone came to my house the same day and provided the estimate. I was informed of everything that was needed to properly insulate my home. I actually requested the crawl space under my home be insulated. The owner of the company told me it really wasn't necessary ( which was refreshingly honest ) Since I insisted, he gladly did the work as I requested it and added a new moisture barrier. They were at my home exactly when they told me they would be there, the work was finished to my satisfaction within the same day. I was completely satisfied with the work they did for me.

Team arrived on time and went right to work. They inspected the attic first and found an AC duct that was disconnected by the Air Conditioner repairman who left it laying in the insulation approximatly 6 months earlier. We had seen an increase in dust in our home as well as extreme difficulty cooling our home. The Air Conditioner company was the original installer and was there to determine what the problem was in heating and cooling our home. The Valley Insulators team not only discovered the problem, but repaired it, at no extra cost, prior to installing the new layer of insulation. Our home is noticably more even in temperature and we have excellent circulation throughout. I would highly recommend Valley Insulatiors.
