The actual pressure washing job was fine. No complaints on the actual work.
"Not sure where customer made up this story but we give a 2 hour window for all jobs we perform. There time slot was between 2 - 4pm. We arrived at job at 3:30pm. We were called earlier in the day asking us when we would be there as if that wasn't already discussed with homeowner. Customer didn't wake us up as we were already out working. Job did not require customer to be home to be completed. Job wasn't scheduled with person that left this review nor did I ever speak to this person till after job began."
"Thank you very much. We appreciate your business."
