I went in on a Saturday for new tires and an oil change. They advised that they needed to order tires for my car because they didn’t have any in stock and to come back first thing Tuesday morning (which was fine). I show up Tuesday morning when they opened at 8am and dropped off my car. They said they should be calling me around lunch to come pick it up which I say is fine. I get a call at 12:30 saying that they gave my tires to someone else and that they needed to order more tires for the next day and that I needed to come get my car. Naturally, I was livid because it took them nearly 5 hours to figure out that they didn’t have tires for the car I dropped off at opening. When I arrived Alan told me he’d take care of me/make it up to me and that they were just finishing up my oil change and then my car would be out. I waited until 1 for them to finish up and give me my keys back. While I was waiting I asked Alan why it took them almost 5 hours to figure out they didn’t have the tires they ordered for me and he said he had to figure out what happened once they determined they were gone. I also confirmed with him that the next day I would bring in my car at 9 and it would be done by 10:30 at the latest and that he’d make it up to me. I leave and come back the next day at 9 like they told me and they assured me it’d be done by 10:30. 10:30 comes and goes so at 10:41 I call and speak to someone else who says that they’re just finishing up my oil change (which they supposedly already did yesterday) but my car should be done within 30-45 minutes. So either they gave me two oil changes or Alan lied about them doing my oil change in order to save face. I did notice on the first day I did not have an oil change sticker but I did have one after the second oil change. If he lied about this oil change that could have caused further issues down the line with me thinking I had fresh oil. So it finally came time to pay and to “make it up to me” he gave me $20s off and a smile. I just don’t feel $20 was enough to justify wasting 5 hours of my time. Furthermore they kept referring to me as “Mariia” through their system despite me correcting them twice about my name. TLDR; I would not recommend tires first because they are more focused on cramming in as many people as possible into their work shift instead of respecting their customers’ time and doing a good job.

It took nine days to complete the job. First pickup was on day seven and the engine shaking and vibration was obvious so the associate said they would fix it. My husband told the associate that the timing belt had to be installed correctly and that he has the Nissan manual that shows how to do it. The associate later called my husband and asked for the information so husband had to copy the info and send it by email to Tires First. They did fix it to run correctly but after I drove it a bit, the gas pedal was sticking and so my husband fixed that. While he was trying to fix that, he noticed that oil was sprayed all over on the inside of the engine, there were loose bolts and loose hose clamps in various places, and we are hoping that there isn't more unfinished work under there that we can't see. When I told the associate, who by the way was very nice to us, that we deserved a discount because of all of this, he offered two free oil changes. I'm sorry we won't be using this because we will not be back.

Customer service was fantastic. We wanted decent tires on a vehicle we plan to only keep for about another year. The salesman gave us a good recommendation for inexpensive yet good quality tires. He answered all our questions, gave good input, but wasn't pushy and didn't try to and quot;up-selland quot; us on more expensive tires. These guys are always busy--there's a reason for that! Definitely would recommend.

They offer the best prices for tires that I have found. They have good customer service. It's kind of like a hole in the wall kind of place and that is the only thing. They are great and competent workers. They are very nice and they do good work.

I called on Monday and spoke with Jim explaining my situation with my tires. He quoted me a price which was reasonable considering the tire I was requesting. He told me to come in the next day and they would take care of me. From the moment I walked in the door until my service was finished, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and my tire was fixed in a very timely manner. I will definitely return to their facility for all of my auto and RV needs.
