Supreme Service Company

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The owners of Supreme Service Company are very nice, professional and responsive to customers. They dealt with us directly, starting when we called to ask for a quote. One of the owners, Ron, came out to our house and did the estimate and sent it to me in writing by email within 24 hours. 

We had gotten estimates from several other companies, but we chose this company because they are licensed and insured, because they provided us with a professional-looking written estimate, because their price was fair and because they'd done a similar job (with tearing off antique shingles that had no decking underneath) on a home just a few blocks from our house, so we knew they understood what the job entailed.

I was very anxious about choosing a company to do such a big job, but this turned out to be a really good choice. The owners, Ron and Willie, were on site at the beginning of the project and frequently throughout, checking on the roofing crew's work and consulting with them and us about details. 

I was most impressed when some rotten crown molding came off our house during the tear off. The owners of the company looked for molding to match and, when they couldn't find any, had pieces milled out of wood. They installed, caulked, primed and painted the molding.

The end result looks great, and several of our neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on the new roof. One neighbor commented on how hard the roofing crew worked, and another mentioned he should have the same company do his roof.

I'd definitely recommend Supreme Service company if you need a new roof.

After viewing roofing contractors on Angie's List I called Supreme for an estimate. There was an immediate response and an estimate m ate was given the same day. Mr. Granville did the work quickly and explained every aspect of the job prior to the work. He came by after completion of work to insure that cleanup was done and even called several days after completing the work to be sure we were satisfied. I will be listing Supreme as a favorite for future work. Great job and a fair price!

Supreme did an excellent job repairing the roof and cleaning up the debris--very professional--would highly recommend service to anyone. In addition to that job, While towing my motorcycle trailer, I did some minor damaged to the Drive Thru Awning of ACE Cleaners on Shomburg Road in Columbus, Georgia while dropping off some dry cleaning, I promised them I would repair the damage. I asked Supreme to repair the damage--the gentleman promptly repaired the damage at no charge. He stated " that the damage was to minimal to even charge me for the work"--I thought that his service was admirable especially due to the cost of just fuel alone and to even go out of his way to do this. Great job Supreme. Now that's good "Old Fashioned American" service at its best.
