Company is a little hard to contact as they don't have an office staffer, but once that hurdle is overcome, responsiveness is good. Agent came and assessed job and thanks to a weather break, showed up the next day to do the job.

He was eager to get the work, friendly and courteous to deal with. He did what he said he would do. However, a patch of mold appeared in the bathroom skylight in 2013. When I attempted to contact him to see if he would come back and check the skylight flashing on the roof, he did not respond to my calls.
