The provider's employee did not have factual knowledge of the type of carpet he was cleaning. Not only did I have my carpet cleaned I had my sofa and loveseat cleaned as well. The loveseat is pressed up against a wall, instead of pulling the loveseat to do the entire item the front and sides were only done. In good faith the provider asked to come back out and re-do what I was not satisfied with. I agree and as a result my carpet is now frayed in serveral areas. I am going through steps to get my carpet repaired which the provider is being resistant too.
