I recommend them. They do really great security work. I did two or three separate jobs and not all at one time. I used them again for my front door as well. He was excellent. You know how people treat you when you are not from that state but every step of the work he did excellent follow up service. He sent me an email and Cc’d the email when he ordered the material from the company he used. He Cc’d the email to show me when the stuff was received and showed me the receiving bill. I h?ad him call my neighbor across the street when he was away to go out and do the work. She called me on my magic deck so I could speak to her at the same time. Once he did the work he took the pictures before and after he put the door he took some more pictures and I was really impressed and I was pretty much blown away by his customer service because I didn’t really expect it. I expected to be arguing with this guy because with contractors you do that. My price was very competitive for the materials used. He was environmentally conscious and he used recycled wrought iron. He did the change of locks and he told how he would go about that and he did well. He said when he installs locks or re-installs locks he never gets rid of them and he just recycles them which is good for him and the consumer because he need not purchase the new one. The quality of the service was very, very good. He said he will be there and that’s the day he was there.
