Sea Clean Cleaning Service

I called and spoke to Stacey about giving me a quote for a complete clean of our home that we had been in for only about a month. She was able to come out the next evening! I appreciated the honesty she provided me about her availability and we decided to set something up for about 2 weeks later. She called me the next day and said she may have an opening for the upcoming Monday (which was only a couple days away). We confirmed the time and she came out at that time. I felt completely comfortable with her there while we were not at home and I came home to an immaculate house. I knew going in that it was a HUGE job for anyone but she rose to the occasion and had the house looking great when we got home! The baseboards were all cleaned, any cobwebs were a thing of the past (an in the highest of ceilings I might add), an area rug that had dog hair on it when I left that day didn't have a trace of it when I got home. I was very pleased with the service, honesty, and professionalism we received with Sea Clean Cleaning! Even the kids commented on how clean things were and how great everything looked! Everything went well, and they did a good job.  I have no complaints about the service.

Stacey is amazing! I have some physical limitations that prohibit me from heavier cleaning around the house which means that I need help on a regular basis. We recently moved into our apartment and love it, but until Sea Clean, it has not had a good clean as the other cleaners cut corners, making for an almost clean apartment.  Stacey came out on the Saturday of Easter weekend to clean. We were having dinner guests the same evening so I was so happy that she called me to say she had a cancellation and was able to clean if I was still in need. She arrived promptly when she said she would and is so personable, which makes her service all the more pleasant! We had a lovely dinner party in a beautifully clean home that evening. Hats off to Sea Clean, Stacey!

The incredibly professional and timely communication was the best part of the experience. Stacey came to my home to assess it and provide a price within 48 hours of our first speaking over the phone. When she arrived I was very impressed with her professionalism, and her confidence in the quality of the service she could provide. She did a full walk-through of the home and then provided me with a price to perform the services -- $225 for our empty 1300 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 story home. I thought this was very fair.
Stacey showed her true colors and her care for good business practice when she performed the work on my home. I had to move on a Friday, but she worked it out with me so she would pick up the keys and clean the house in my absence. She cleaned the home and then delivered the keys to my property manager. The work itself was reportedly very good, though I was unable to see it myself. Stacey ran into problems at the house because the water hand been turned off... however, she continued with the work by utilizing a bucket and the neighbor's faucet. I felt terrible about the ordeal because I was already 600 miles away.  I was incredibly impressed with her steadfast professionalism, ingenuity and sense of humor. She could have easily walked away from the job at that point, but she completed the task despite the setback. I think that says a great deal about what type of person and business-woman she is.
I highly recommend Sea Clean Cleaning Service for any home cleaning needs. If I were still living in Columbus I would probably continue to hire her to help with cleaning around the home. I never would have considered it a need, but after working with Stacey I trust her a great deal and would WANT to provide her business and would feel good about my hard earned dollars going to the service she provides. I have only been able to say that about individuals in the service industry a few times in my life. Most of the time I just prefer to do work myself.
As a side note: Stacey and her family seem to me to be a good, traditional Christian family. In my conversations with her it appeared that she raises her family with the strong values that are becoming so rare in this world. I was personally impressed by this and as a young father I was encouraged by her example. I say this because I know that there are a lot of folks out there who would prefer to support a good Christian family-owned business when they can.  This is one of those businesses -- aside from the great service provided, you can feel good about where your money is going.

who understands the meaning of honesty, integrity and responsibility.  And certainly what mission accomplishment is

all about.  

Stacy, who works alone and had a positive out look on any situation or task that I gave

to her.  She produces high quality work

in a timely and orderly manner.   Without question a true professional.  

Stacy is an asset for anyone needing her services.

If there is an area of deficiency in Sea Clean, I?m not aware of it.  She is one of the most energetic,

responsible, get the job done individual I have had the pleasure to clean my home.

Sea Clean was very cordial. Every cleaning service is different so she does not do certain things that other people do, so if you are hiring her you would have to go with the things you wanted to be done and see if she is willing to do it. I would possibly use her again in the future depending on the work I need done.
