Manicures/Nails
You can see my review on Fancy Nails, which is what brought me to stumble upon Regal Nails.
Upon arrival and telling them what I would like done, I was immediately taken to a table and met Lena, who listened attentively to what I wanted done, and how I wanted it done (I prefer a buff on my pink and white, versus having a clear gel polish on top).
She was very detail oriented, I never felt that she was rushing through my service, and had a perfectionist demeanor to her, which I appreciated. She was friendly and listened to feedback I would give her and accommodate me.
I left with one of the best manicures I've had in a long time, and earned a very nice tip from me as well.
While I was being serviced, two other customers came in and asked for Lena specifically, and I knew that my search for a new manicurist in Columbus was over. When someone is being asked for specifically - you know that they are good, and the manicure I received was additional confirmation that I found a winner! I relocated here from metro Atlanta a little less than a year ago, and have been to a few nail salons and haven't been completely sold on any of them yet.
I would recommend Regal Nails to all my friends.
