Ranger Joes has been unprofessional and unresponsive from beginning to end. I have talked to numerous customer service representatives and their managers and no one has offered any help in finding my lost package. They had no trouble charging my debit card though, that went through within minutes.
Description of Work: I ordered a vest from Ranger Joes. It was supposed to have been delivered. They say it was delivered. So does the delivery company. I contacted both Ranger Joes and the delivery company repeatedly saying that I never received the vest. Ranger Joes has stated that I should order another vest.
