Very well so far...a little pricey but we've had the house since 1988 and the fireplace works-but it fills the house with smoke.  So far, I'm impressed with Top Hat.  The jury's still out on the final product which will be a working, functioning fireplace.

First call to the office was placed on 2 DEC 11.  Appointment was set for 1200 12 DEC 11.  Received call to confirm the service call on 10 DEC 11.   The service tech attempted to call on morning of the call but I was not able to take the call.  He was calling to ask to arrive early, which he did  appox 1045.   He did a through inspection and was very professional.  He answered all of my questions and left without a trace.  No clean up was required.
