Bill and Chris came by and performed the seasonal lawn fertilization. Very professional men and as always any questions or concerns we have they are prepared to answer. The service men have routes, so you get used to seeing the same person. They know our names and we know theirs. There is no other company the we would trust our lawn maintenance nor the inside of our home with. 

The company rep comes out once a year to inspect the termite traps and re-bait the traps if necessary. He looked in all 15 traps. He had to replace the bait in two or three. That means the traps are working. We have no visible signs of termites. Traps with poison bait (that the termite takes back to the colony) are way less expensive than fixing termite damage. The service is part of our home warranty for termite control. Other companies don't use poison bait, just detection blocks of wood. I like this system better.
