All the electrical outlets were now loose and he didn't reinstall the toilet correctly and didn't grout all the tile behind the toilet.

It was the worst. He replaced the shower with new shower pin and within 2 years, it was leaking and he wouldn't respond to it.

During the course of the project Clay became a friend to us. The ceramic tile he installed was a reasonable price and extended from our kitchen to the laundry room, and he even did a coordinating backsplash. If we ever need flooring again anywhere in the house he will be our first call.
