Mattress City

I recently had one of the worst experiences in regards to customer service at Mattress City. I purchased a mattress and paid for it to be delivered on Saturday June 5, 2010. I told them that I would be out of town and would not be there to receive the mattress until the aforementioned date. They proceeded to attempt a delivery on Saturday May 29, 2010 and called me while I was on the road to ask if it would be okay for them to leave the mattress on my front porch! I told them no, and reminded them that I had requested the delivery for the following Saturday. Then they said they are going to charge me an additional $99.00 for them to deliver a second time. When I told them I would rather go somewhere else and asked for my money back for the mattress, they said they would not give me a refund; I would be forced to purchase this mattress from them. I spoke with the owner about this situation and she was INCREDIBLY rude. Now I have to pick up the mattress myself, even though I paid for them to deliver it to me. Whatever you do, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MATTRESS CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
