The floors were beautiful. They did the right job. They were very professional, got right to work and didn't take any breaks at all. They finished the job in a timely manner, it was just a good route and very nice. Their price was excellent, very fair and competitive,

Did everything they said they would do. Very responsive. Very professional

Initial installation OK. within two years there were serious problems with waves in the carpet. Very dangerous for older people to walk on. Lowe's came out and inspected and said they would be back. Never heard from them. After repeated attempts to to get some kind of response, letters were written. Still no response.  I visited the store two months ago, and they told me it was out of warranty and they would do nothing.  This was expensive carpet and should not have failed in two years, regardless of warranty.

We bought the opener from Lowe's and they sent a subcontractor out to install the opener. Scheduling was easy.

The service was fine. We purchased the toilet from Lowe's, then Lowe's subcontracted the work to have it installed. Scheduling wasn't difficult. They pretty much guarantee the subcontractor will call within 3 days and it they did. The service took about an hour. It was good.

They contracted the work out to someone local who is knowledge in the field. The guy showed up on time and the system was installed in about 1 hour. My family was new to the area at the time so it was much easier to have Lowes do the work. We bought the garage door opener during an amazing sale so having Lowes do the installation didn't cost us any more than the opener would have costed had it not been on sale. They also guarantee the work that was done for 5 years.

Technician (Dennis) arrived around 10:53 a.m. to install a new water heater. He was a little late, but oh well things happen; I was glad he arrived. He immediately went to work and told me if I had any questions just let him know. He was pleasant, confident, and worked very well. Dennis told me the type of water heater I had was not made any more. My current 40 gallon water heater was replaced with a new 40 gallon water heater. Not only that it was on sale! He told me the light brown water that came from kitchen faucet and bathtub was because the tank had not been bled down through the years. (I didn't know this had to be done) Dennis told me I could do it myself every year around this time of the year. He showed me the instructions in the maintenance section of the manual. Dennis also told me that a plumber inspector would come to inspect the work that was done. (I haven't seen the inspector yet) I chose Lowes to purchase my water heater and do the installation for the following reasons:
a) I got a great deal for a 40 gallon water heater! It was on sale! 9 year warranty
b) Delivery free
c) Got a 10% Military Discount
d)Got an extended warranty: 8 years
e)Total price for water heater, installation, bringing up to code: $876.10
f) Plus I charged It to my Lowes Credit Card . Sure is a big difference from a previous quote of $1, 326.88!! A savings of $450.78!!
Lowes gave me the better deal. I am happy and quite satisfied!! Both thumbs Up!!

The work went well and we had no problem with the installation or removal of the carpet. The scheduling process was a little more complicated than using another service since Lowe's uses subcontractors the customer has to pay for the product at Lowe's and then wait for the subcontractor to call them. In our case once the subcontractor called to schedule the wait time was several weeks (which would have been after we moved in all our furniture). Had we known this upfront we probably would have gone with another provider. However, he was able to work us in and called the day before saying he could come the next morning.
The payment process was also a little complicated, but that was only because the cashier made a mistake ringing things up which led to me having to wait at Lowe's about 30 minutes in order for them to refund/check it out again. While I'm sure this was a fluke just another potential difficulty that happens with so many different people/departments having to complete the purchase.

That was not a great experience. Customer service was not great. I didn't get any customer service. I was there for two and half hours and nobody helped me. They told me to go look at a brochure. Actually, I ended up ordering some stuff online.

The experience was very good.  The sales person who took care of us was very informative and he answered all of our questions.  He didn't try to sell us something, other than what we wanted; but he did explain the difference between the different products that we were looking at.

The availability of the staff was not there if I had any questions.  I know where to look for the stuff in there, but if I have any questions about certain things, then there is no available to even answer it.  A few things, I had to take back and I found that the returning things were easy.  The staff that did the refund was very good.

I like that the sales people don't follow you around but are readily available should you have a question.  The staff are very friendly.

Lowe's did good work. There was a question about the amount of plywood that they were supposed to supply. The roofers did a good job. I do wonder about the communication between Lowe's and the people they hire to do the work. It was twenty-five hundred dollars more than the other bidder. I am satisfied and would recommend them. I will use them in the future.

They did a great job, but they would forget parts. The responsiveness is good, but it takes weeks to get parts.

Everything is going great.  We had an issue with the product on our stairs which was more of a vendor than it was them.  They are working great on trying to fix it.  Overall, the contractor that they sent to our home did an excellent job.  They were super quick.  Everything looks awesome.
