Jordan electric secured all required city permits and notified power company to turn off electricity at power pole.  After completion of work notified city inspector to come check work.  City inspector notified power company to come and turn on power.  Jordan Electric employees ran new service from meter to switch box in house.  They ran the wire thru the attic even though it was a very hot day.    Did an excellent job and left the work area very clean.  Will definitely use in the future for electric work.

My daughter had our old motion sensor light taken off and a new one installed as a Christmas present for us.  She called the company around 1:00 pm and they were there by 3:00 pm.  She said The electrician who came out was very professional and courteous.  He answered all her questions without hesitation.  He had everything completed before we returned from work that day so she could surprise us.  Job was well done.

They did a good service, they were pleasant and courtesy. But they didn't complete the work there is still a outlet that has exposed wires. And after calling twice they still haven't came out to repair.

The tree limb fell on the main service drop line o/a 11:00 PM.  My wife was home by herself with no power.  She called me in Orlando and asked who she could contact got repairs.  I told her to contact Jordan Electric based upon recommendations.  She called and they came to the house and made all of the necessary repairs, but could not turn on the power.  One of the workers from Jordan Electric persistently called Georgia Power and my wife repeatedly most of the afternoon and early evening.  The first repair crew scheduled to come to the house and turn the power on was diverted to another emergency.  The rep from Jordan Electric continued to call Georgia Power until he received a commitment for someone to come by and turn on the power.  Georgia Power came by about 10:00 PM.  We were without power for approximately 24 hours.  I cannot thank the electricians from Jordan Electric enough for ensuring that the power was turned on for my wife.  This is customer service beyond the call of duty.

They cleaned up beautifully. They are extremely nice to do work with. They are on time, and i'm very impressed with them.
