Apartments
It's very chic. It is a hundred year old cotton mill basically so they are a bunch of pretty good apartments. It's very unique. It's very secure. The management company is Hercules. They have been quite accommodating. Any time I've had an issue, they got somebody out here. It's pretty unique living, pretty comfortable. A lawn plus 2,000 square feet so I think $750 is pretty good. They are very quick when it comes to their responsiveness. As for their punctuality, there had been a few times I had to wait a little longer than anticipated before they get here to meet my appointment. I would recommend them. I am leaving before too long, but if I was staying in the country I would probably continue to use them.
