Jay Diamond Enterprises

I called Jay back in March because my roof was damaged from a storm. I paid him $6000 to redo the entire roof. About 3 months later, I noticed water damage in two of the rooms in the house and called Jay. He did come out and repair the roof, but said he would come back later in the week to fix the ceiling inside the rooms which were water damaged. He never came back and I called him at least twice weekly for a couple months and he always promised that he would come in a couple days and would never show up. The address that is listed in the phone book for him is not a valid address. The BBB has several complaints on him which have all gone unanswered by him. They do have another address other than the one listed in the phone book by him; I haven't tried it yet because it is in another town about 30 minutes from here (Box Springs, GA). I have spoken with lawyers who have said that they have received complaints on him before and one even attempted to help their client take him to court but it's nearly impossible to track him down. Please don't waste your time or money with this man.
