Very good they were polite and professional. definitely will use them again.

the plumbers were punctual and efficient and doing exactly what they said they were going to do and also helped with some preventive care to get the water out of our bedroom.

The estimates I got were high! I did call him to come tighten the nuts on the washer hookup since he said he could drop by real quick and tighten it. What I wasn't expecting was to be charged $86 for a service fee, which he never mentioned!!! A few days later I got an invoice in the mail that said he repaired the hook ups and tighten the nut. That is not true! I could've paid him about $40 more to have the hook ups completely replaced, which makes more sense than paying $86 to tighten the nut. Needless to say, I won't call him back.

The reason why this review is dated is because I have just recently joined Angie's List and was surprised and satisfied to see Gallops' company included with an "A" rating. I specifically asked the employees to help me create a safe home for my wife and dad and they listened and demonstrated empathy. i will call them, today, 5 November 2015, reference my current situation.

I like the liability with them. 

They arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable.

He and his assistant showed up on time per the scheduled appointment. He immediately diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repair. The repairs were performed in a timely and efficient manner. They cleaned up their work area were very respectful to me and my home. They were also very courteous and professional. I would recommend Mr. Gallops to anyone needing plumbing services and will definitely use him in the future when the need arises.

About 30 minutes after I had called they showed up in my driveway. It was great, they cleaned up everything, took the old one out and replaced it before I even knew what happened. Best service I think I have ever had. I will definitely go back to them.

They took out the old one and cleaned up all of his mess including the packaging and styrofoam from the new toilet. They got the job done in less than 2 hours. The scheduling was fine.

Excellent. Mr Gallops recommended I use a leak detection company to pinpoint the leak location. he came out first to look at the situation and returned when the detection team had done its work. His crew found the leak, repaired it and cleaned up afterwards.

Excellent. Problem solved...and without a charge...not even a 'call' charge. We will continue to use this company for all our plumbing needs and we have a list of projects in mind.

They're a good company to do business with. They were on time, nice and courteous. They're not too expensive. I've been doing business with them since I've owned this house.

After bad experiences with Lovelace I called Gallop and they came at the correct time, did what needed to be done and sent the bill. Couldn't ask for better.
