Hardware & Home Improvement Stores, Carpet Installation
When they brought the carpet to my house and it was damaged. I took a picture of it and it did not match what I chose. I went back to the store and I showed it to an employee and he told me that that is a carpet that they’re trying to get rid of. They’re trying to say that the picture is not good. You can see the serial number that they gave to me and the serial number of the carpet that they brought to my house. They’re trying to tell me that the serial changes when they take the carpet out. The serial number cannot change, I’m not that stupid. When they brought the carpet to my house and it was damaged. I took a picture of it and it did not match what I chose. The serial number cannot change, I’m not that stupid. When you go in, they try to rattle you so that you can get this or that installed. When they get one contractor to do all of the installation, there is no competition and you cannot compare the quality of work. Be careful of any carpet advice from them because it is a rip off.

Went into the store to purchase a new refrigerator. What I got was a waste of time...
Went back to the appliance section and found the refrigerator we were looking for. Couldn't find anyone to help us with questions. So, we went to the customer service at the front of the store and asked our question. The ladies at the front of the store took about 5 minutes to realize that I was there and then couldn't answer my question. They referred me back to the appliance section.
Went back to the appliance section...now there were three sets of customers waiting (including us). We waited for about 15 minutes before another employee came back to inform us all that the appliance person was currently on the forklift and would be out shortly. After another 10 minute wait, I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
On the way out, I grabbed the store managers business card. I attempted to call it in the parking lot and after about 15 rings, someone from Customer Service answered. I asked for the store manager and was informed he had left for the day. I asked for and was given his extension. She didn't think that his voice mail was set up though. That extension ranged and the customer service person was correct...no voice mail.
In the end, they lost the sale of a high end appliance and my future business.
