They came while I was at work and did such a great job cleaning up that I had to call and see if in fact they had come. They trimmed the trees closest to the house so that there would be clearance all around the roof line. They were very good about communicating when weather and equipment issues caused them to be delayed and need to reschedule. They made a special effort to come during the same week. I had questions about two other trees on the property and they came back free of charge to meet with me. Highly recommend this service!

Hall's service is known to be good, and they have the equipment and crew to take down very tall pines, which we have many of in our area. My concern is that we waited a very long time for them to come, having signed a contract in Aug. and not getting service until Oct. We called several times and these calls were not returned. We have an answering machine on at all times, so don't feel we missed returned calls. When my husband finally reached the owner, he apologized for lack of service and said because of this,
he would understand if we wanted to go to another service. We preferred to wait, because Hall's has quite a good reputation for good work. Later, the owner told my husband he had been held up because of city and state jobs which I believe had to take a priorioty over small residential projects. As the former owner of a small business, I understand that--but we should have been
told that as soon as that became the case; we didn't understand why they would tentatively schedule and not show up. Another
time when we used Hall's, a tree had fallen on our house, and they helped us immediately. So we will use them again, as perhaps
our recent job came at a time when they were unusually busy and unable to address our situation, which was not critical or urgent.
More communication from Hall's was definitely needed , as we were trying to arrange our plans around their arrival, given reason initially to believe they were coming at times they didn't show up.

Although the trees were located dangerously close to the house, Hall's tree service did a great job of cutting the trees without any damage to the house. When they left, we could not really see any trace that they had been there other than from stump grinding. Their price was very reasonable for the job. I would definitely use them again.

They do an excellent job. They have excellent equipment to do an efficient job. The price was reasonable.
