Not good every time the workers came they was always late and didn't come when said that they would while wasting my time waiting. Only stayed no more than an hour tops and kept coming back and do a half hour of work here and there. I guess they wanted to stall me because they had already received half of the cost of work up front and the damaged occurred the last day in May 2014 and it took them 2 months to do what could have been completed in 3 to 4 days if they had given me a whole day of work.
They were polite when you talked to them and the quality of work I have no complaints with...but it sucked how they screwed me around with the cost and time to complete the job. I felt like a fool when I had 3 other offers that came thru after I had chose them because I had got tired of waiting for the completed estimates from multiple contractors that had came out and took measurements and I was suppose to leave town the later part of July 2014 for 4 days and had to pay for my mom to come and be here while gone and they showed up for a half hour while she was here and I spent money getting her to come down from South Carolina and that was just a waste of time and unnecessary money to have a house sitter and they didn't complete the work. They even used my paint to do touch up work since my home was only a year old and I had paint left over from the builders.

It was good. They did some work for me, and they did a good job. It was just quality work, that's all.

There were a couple of rough spots in the beginning - specifically, the initial estimate did not include electrical work, and we had to remind them about that. Our initial plan was to add a second story to the garage. After demolition, the company determined that the city would not allow a one-story house to have a two-story garage unless they were attached, so we had to add the breezeway (at more expense, of course). Despite these problems, I am happy with the finished product.

They have done remodeling, roofing and all kinds of stuff. I noticed their quality of work on my neighbor's windows. I had them come give me a price, and then I had them put the windows in. I chose them because of price and quality of work.

It dint go too well. They were supposed to move everything from the roof, when I went out I saw the guy putting the new stuff on the old stuff. They were supposed to take off everything from the roof but they didn't do that. I had to call another guy so I would not recommend them to anybody. The prices were ok; it was within the range I had set and within the scale of other people's estimate. I would definitely not use them in the future.

I could not be happier. The work was done over a two week period as weather permitted. I observed most of the work as I work from home. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. They cleaned up after themselfs everyday.Their workers ere polite and answer my questions with intelligent answers.

The job they did was awesome.

The owner of the business and two/three workers started at 8:00AM., tore out the old windows, and replaced them with the new windows. They hauled off the old windows, and was finished about 3:00PM. I was very happy to get the new windows.

No problems during the whole process, great bedroom added, 4 years later no problems.

They missed start date by 2 weeks and the job took over 4 weeks longer than the original one week estimate. I had to supervise as they would argue with each other during the work day. I do not recommend these guys.

This contractor walked off the job after approximately 9 months, keeping a downpayment on a deck they were to build. I had to take legal action which did not fully restore my loss. I ended up hiring a second contractor to finish the job. It was a really horrible experience. I believe they took on a job they could not handle, and I paid the cost.

We got other estimates and called them. They came out and gave us their estimate and was able to work around our budget to make it work. No pressure on the sales. They are fabulous. The windows were installed BEFORE the latest date we gave them due to travel. Also, they came out and picked up the final payment from the house. The subs they use are professional, friendly and good. Totally fabulous experience.

I would call this company again in a minute. In fact, we are planning to call them when we decide to put a new roof on the house. They did the job over the holidays, and completed it in about a week. They were very honest to work with, and I thought they did a nice job cleaning up.
