I went into Freds on a Monday morning around 8 am. I needed new brakes, rotors, & tires. I was done within an hour and a half. Great staff, pricing, and customer service! Will definitely be back!

I believe they done great work. We go to them quite often because we have five cars. We like that they are very personal and very fairly priced. The people are very honest, respectful, and give you advice. I do not dislike anything about them. We have not had any bad service with them whatsoever.

They asked me to drop it off early. I did so. Fred's provided me transportation to my job. When it was discovered that the needed part was not available at the dealership nor any of the parts stores in town they called me so I wouldn't be stranded. The parts were located in Baton Rouge, La. and arrived the next day. I picked my Tahoe up and am very happy with their friendliness, service, communication, knowledge, and professionalism.

It was a pleasure as usual. I love going to Fred's. I can drop off my car and they take me to work. When the work is done, they pick me up and bring me back to pick up my car. I love it!

They have a great service and also a honest service. They don't charge for things you don't need. They have always been good to me and they don't try to take advantage of me. They take care of their customers, they always have a fair price and are always honest.

Turns out it wasn;t a repeat of the previous problem, just a dead battery - which was a relief. They replaced the battery and checked everything over just to make sure all was okay before calling me. I appreciated their honesty; for years I've heard from a number of good friends that Fred's was the only place in town they took their cars for service and I can understand why.
