I paid for AVAILABILITY, professionalism, labor and timely completion of a project with the right type of equipment and minimal property damage. No job is too big for this company. It took six plus hours to finish the project. The lead man took steps to prevent damage to an underground sprinkler system and minimize damage to portions of a lawn that had to be traversed by a tracked vehicle. Access to the fallen tree was limited given that I live in a neighborhood with adjoining developed properties.

Grade of excellent on all aspects of the job. They were very careful in taking down the
limbs, both large and small. Their cleanup job was outstanding.  First time to use this business, but would call them back tomorrow if I needed their services again.  They offered to cut up large limbs into firewood pieces, which we appreciated very, very much.  GREAT JOB!! FOSTER'S TREE SERVICE!!

The owner arrived the day I requested an estimate, and much to my surprise arrived the very next day to do the job.  Job completed well and cleanup was excellent.

The workers with Foster's Tree Service did an excellent job.  They even blew the sawdust out of the yard when they were finished.

Foster's showed up at the agreed time with necessary equipment and manpower to take care of the job. They worked quickly and were very professional. They did the job for less than other Angie's List competitors. Very pleased with hiring them.

When I called the business, they reported to our house within 1 hour to view the tree and gave a reasonable estimate. We agreed
with the price, they called the next day to notify they would be at the house within an hour. They showed up as agreed,
removed the tree which was encroaching out utility line. They finished the job within 1 hour and cleaned up and removed all
debris prior to leaving. A very professional and competent crew did the work.

Foster's provided excellent customer service! They carefully removed three large pines in close vicinity to my house and privacy fence. The crew then thoroughly cleaned up the entire area. Most importantly, their quote was about $900 below what I was quoted by another leading tree service company. i would highly recommend!!

I had a previous knowledge of Foster's tree service from work they had performed for others in my neighborhood, therefore I awarded them wih the contract on the spot. (Since I prefer to be around when any work is performed at my home) my next objective was to determine when we could establish a schedule for the work to be done . I called Mr. Foster and told him I had both 01/09 and 01/10 available for which he chose Friday January 10th. His crew of about 5 or so people arrived shorly before 9:00 A.M. and began working in unison with unloading their equipment, and prepping the jobsite. Since my tree was accessible by the bucket truck one person tied off sections with rope while groundsmen would guide the large limbs down after they were cut. This process was repeated over and over again until the entire tree was cut down. The crew graciously cut some of the smaller limbs into firewood lengths for me and stacked it beside my house. They chipped all smaller limbs and hauled away the trunk pieces too large to handle. After all was finished they blew off the driveway, road, and parts of the yard to make the area as presentable as possible. The crew was packed up and finished with everything by noon around 12:15.

They were punctual, polite and worked quickly to remove the tree and trim the limb. They displayed professionalism and quality teamwork throughout the process. The work was completely smoothly and quickly. I am thankful to Mr. Foster and team for removing a tree that had for many years been a source of worry and potential threat to our home and neighbor's home.

It was a wonderful experience - even the price. I called for an estimate on Monday, 7/29. The estimate was done. I approved it with my husband and called them back for an appointment, all the while expecting it to be at least several days. They told me they could cut it down on Tuesday, 7/30. The workers were super professional.

Huge storm the other day and it blew over a pecan tree right on the back portion of the house.....After one tree service tried to bully me into using him about workmans comp. I decided to go with the nicer of the two. The Foster price was half of the and quot;bullyand quot;. Georgia Power of course cut the power and I had some angry tenants blowing up my phone....after calling the Foster's they were kind enough to come out and worked way into the night (11:30) to be exact. Power was restored. Lots of damage to the property by the tree and I am sure some from removing the tree, but I think that is to be expected. Hopefully, I will be able to find a contractor through Angie's list and that too will be a good experience.

After being put on a waiting list for another tree service company 3 months ago, we gave up on them and called Foster's Tree Service. We had not heard from the other company since they put us on a so called 3 week waiting list. Foster's came right out and gave us an estimate, then 10 days later were here and removed the limbs we had requested plus did some shaping and trimming they recommended on a tree whose limbs were grown over our house. They were very polite, efficient and left our back and front yards even cleaner from debris than they were before they came. Everything was hauled away by them and we felt we got excellent service for the price .

Though the profile of Fosters Tree Service says no for bonded and insured, that is not the case. Billy Foster was quite clear that he is and gave me his insurance agent's name and phone number to check. I did call, but that guy never called me back, but I do not blame Billy for that. I have no doubt that Billy is indeed insured. Billy's crew did a wonderful job and I would use them again in a heartbeat. They came when scheduled, on time, and with several men to accomplish the task. The lead man bravely climbed that huge tree on spikes and set up his harness and was obviously quite experienced in doing so. He cut the limbs off in pieces, never once a threat to any of it falling out of control. Each piece was previously roped before cut and retrieved by the guys below without any incident. Everything was either shredded in the woodchipping machine they brought or stacked in their truck and hauled away. All leaves and branches associated with their work was cleaned up perfectly. The crew was very pleasant as well. Have no complaints whatsoever. The price was very fair too. My neighbor paid them to cut the huge limb overhanging her yard too and she too was very pleased.

I called Mr. Foster to get an estimate on the cost. He came over and looked at it and called me back with the total that it would cost me. We then scheduled a time for him to do the work. He cameover and cut the tree down. Very please with his work.

Back to Foster's. So, they showed up with around 5 trucks. All of them were in great shape! Shiny and clean. All the trucks has large professionally painted signs saying Foster's Tree Service. This was not a fly by night company. I've past plenty of other services in Columbus that appear to be three guys with a pickup truck and a chain saw. Not Foster's. They spread a tarp under the tree shredding machine before starting. They tied back some smaller trees near the one that needed to be taken down. (Other services said they'd needed to cut down some of these smaller trees to make a work area.) I'll skip the entire impressive process of a guy 50 feet my tree with a chain saw hanging from his belt. In the end, they had another guy on my roof with a leaf blower cleaning. Everything was left very neat. Cleaner then when they started. In fact, before they left, the crew head ask me to walk around the house with him to confirm that all was in good shape.

Arrived on time and worked about 5 hours. Trimmed two trees that were overhanging a pool. A lot of the cuttings had to be 'roped' down to the ground. The trimmings were all put into a 'chipping' machine and removed. The yard looked better when they left!
