Roofing
Anyways, the roof started leaking on the east side of the house. They came out and repaired it. When I got back to Goergia in April 2011, we had a heavy rain one day and the roof on the west side of the house started leaking above the kitchen. I wrote a letter to them and after 30 days it came back undeliverable. I've been trying to contact him since April this year but he won't even bother to call me back.I talked to the city of Valdosta and they said he renewed his license in Nalor but not in Valdosta. They gave me a number and it's the number on file for him but I can't get a response from him now and I would like to get this taken care of before I go back to Florida. It's just a slow leak, I'm hoping he will get to it before it gets worse. The real estate company said the roof has a 25 year warranty on it. They paid them $3,000 for services rendered in March 2007.
