Mr. Nobles gave me a day and time. He was able to come a little earlier and he called to see if this was ok. When he arrived he went promptly to work. He diagnosed the problem as the heating element. He had the replacement part with him and was able to complete everything in less than an hour. As I write this, I am happily drying my clothes.

Couldn't have been better.   Very quick response.  Analyzed the problem promptly.  Had the repair product on his truck.  Fixed dryer very quickly.  Left the area very clean.  Gave me the replaced fan to verify that it was actually broken.

He is a good friend of mine, but I haven't ever heard any one say anything negative about his services. He doesn't guide you by pricing, and he knows what he's doing. When he comes to talk to you he won't try and sell you something that you don't need. On occasion I get verbal advice from him about the washer, dryer, refrigerator, etc., and he is just a good person all around. There is a lot of business here in Columbus and for some of these people, all they want is the money.

No hot water was coming into my washer machine. From the beginning (since I've lived in my home) hot water would barely come out, however; I was somewhat content for a while; it just took the washer a while to fill up! I wasn't sure if it was a plumbing problem or an appliance problem, but I took a chance and called Dependable Appliance Care because I've used them many times before and have always been given great service. Tommy Nobles came out, took the top off the washer and immediately identified the problem. He told me theand quot; water valveand quot; had gone bad and that is why I had no hot water coming into the washer. He replaced the valve; I tested the washer and I have hot water flowing!! Now I don't have to wait forever for my washer to fill up! As I've stated I have used Dependable Appliance Care for some years now and have always been satisfied with the service. Tommy is honest about appliance repairs and will tell you if its worth it to have an appliance repaired or just go out and buy another! He is very knowledgeable about different appliances and doesn't mind talking with you or answering any questions you might have and at no time have I ever felt pressured to go out and buy appliances I didn't need. I will continue to use Dependable Appliance Care and will refer my friends, family, and others to the company. Thanks Tommy!!
