We have been given the runaround for 3 months. Approximately 7 service repair visits for a refrigerator that is undisputedly under warranty and we still do not have a working appliance.

Service in the store was excellent. All my questions were answered without the salesperson pushing me to buy anything. Installation was scheduled for the next day. I expected it to take at least a week or so to have it delivered as that has been my experience when purchasing appliances from big stores like Sears and Home Depot. It was delivered on time and the installer was great. He explained how the dishwasher worked, all the settings etc. and tested it thoroughly before leaving. Overall it was a very good experience and I will definitely go back to Daniels for all my appliance needs. For the same if not lower price you receive excellent service and a friendly atmosphere.

Went well, with the exception of the scratch put on a refrigerator door. New door is on order, at no cost.

Who ever owned the house before me out them in so they service the appliances. They are always very good. My ice maker broke and they came in and fixed it. They did a great job. They could of said well you have to get a new ice maker which would have cost a lot of money. They repaired what I had which was nice. So I felt like I could trust them. I will continue to use them.

The appliances were still on warranty when I got them repaired. I would rate them highly.

Daniel Appliance is great. They are reasonably priced. They are very friendly and a "mom and pop" store. They offer free delivery. I would certainly use them again.

When he took the stove out, he found out that the parts were good. I had already paid for the parts, so they returned the parts, and they gave me a check for the parts I had paid. They found out that it was an electrical problem and not a part problem. I had an electrician come in and put in a new breaker, so everything is good now. The service tech from the appliance company was very good to find the problem.

Very nice people. They were professional and cleaned up. This is the only place the customer will go to buy and install appliances.

Something happened to my washer as I was doing laundry on the weekend. I called several places, a couple of which didn't even return my call. Daniel's explained what they thought the problem was by my description of what happened, how much the trip fee was, but that was included in any repair cost, if I had them service the washer. They came at a time that was convenient for me, not just whenever they would come, looked at the washer and it was what they described. They told me how much it would be and let me decide if I wanted them to fix it. Of course it needed to be done, as I told them I really couldn't afford to replace it. The work was done in a timely manner, with little mess, at the price I was quoted. They didn't try to tell me something else was wrong that wasn't, I don't feel like I was "tricked" into other unnecessary repairs. I think they were very honest about what needed to done and the cost. The service person was friendly and professional and even asked for my broom to clean up the little mess he made, you don't hear that often. Of course in these times any amount of money would have been too much, but given the alternative of replacing the washer, I feel the price was not too bad. That's the only reason I gave them a B on the price. I feel comfortable saying if I have any other appliance issues, I would call Daniel's first.
