Cut My Grass Lawn Service

I called Cut My Grass because I was desperate. Our lawn mower broke, I have a friend visiting from out of town who will arrive later today, and our lawn was overgrown and looked horrible.
I didn't expect to find anyone who would come out today at the drop of a hat, but I called anyway (the number listed is accurate, BTW) and they said they would check if their crew could stop by my house and would call back to let me know.
They called me back within 10 minutes and said they could come this afternoon to cut my grass. Two guys came and did a fabulous job for a reasonable price. I told them just to cut the lawn and they also did edging, which made my lawn look extra nice. I looked out and saw them trimming some out-of-control vines on the side of the house, too, which was really nice.

Cut My Grass Lawn Service did a good job but they never came back. They were supposed to come back every month and work on my yard, but then they just stopped coming. We had an agreement for them to come back every month. I was pretty disappointed. I ended up doing it myself. It was $100.00 for the first visit and $50.00 for each month after that, but they never came back after the second visit. Their services were good. I was pretty satisfied with their work. They were quick and had a big crew. They did good work. They didn't call or anything. A customer service failure, I guess. I did call and try to talk to them but it didn't really work out. It seemed like they didn't want any new business.

This company came for the first time today to pick up where another lawn service was let go due to the poor quality of work. CMG was incredible, and took the time and care to do a really outstanding job, cleaning up, in fact, the mess that the other place left. I was impressed with their professionalism, care of attitude, price and overall experience....so much so that I called the owner to let him know the amount of care taken, and how thorough the men were. Like night and day, and this time, I felt as though I was really getting the best value I could have gotten...even more so considering all they had to do. The initial visit was a bit more, but it was worth every penny and then some. Follow-up visits are well priced and I will be staying with CMG Lawn Service for as long as they will come. I found them when they were doing a neighbor's yard...and they appear to do quite a bit of work in this neighborhood.
