Member of Chamber of Commerce, BBB, R.S.E.S., C.A.A.G. We support local charities as: Our House, Salvation Army, House of Mercy and Red Cross.

They did an excellent job removing and cleaning a condenser coil, which was VERY clogged with pet hair and mildew, etc. They removed the coil carefully, cleaned it thoroughly, and even created a better access panel to the coil by welding and using removable bolts. The access panel had been haphazardly taped by the previous company (a Home Depot contractor) that installed the unit 6 years ago. ComfortMasters ensured the panel was installed to professional code. ComfortMasters has professional, well trained, knowledgeable staff who are punctual and have an excellent work ethic. Their office manager who manages scheduling is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend ComfortMasters!

AC went out in recent storm. I called and was given an appointment two days out but was told they would call if they could fit me in the next day. I received a call at noon that they were on their way the next day. After running a check up in the system they determined it was a worn out switch on the blower, a quick and inexpensive fix. This is my fourth experience with Comfortmasters and have been pleased each time.

Everything went very well. Joe was very helpful, polite and easy to talk to about the problem we were having with one of the air conditioning units. Joe called before he showed up and took little time getting the problem resolved.

Our A/C stopped working on Sunday night (26 Aug 2012). I called Comfortmasters on Monday morning to find out they were booked solid until the next day. I scheduled an evening appointment with them for Tuesday. Joe arrived at my house as I was leaving work. By the time I got home (roughly 20 minutes), he was done and had my bill ready. Joe replaced the parts that were bad, and as always, he checked the freon levels to make sure there were no leaks. Everything was quick and painless. They accept cash, but they prefer credit/debit for driver safety and customer convenience.

We had a bad product to begin with and I pitched for them to rip it out and put new ones but they did not do it. We had compressors and they replaced it. We had three floor and 3 different units, we had to pay for at least one compressor. They blamed it on lighting. I would not use them forever.  One guy I required for him not to come here ever again. As far as coming here, whenever I call them they come in and do a good job as far as getting them out here. We were not supposed to pay anything, it was maintenance and I should not have to pay them. It does not seem that things were not breaking. They come out here pretty good. We have too until we move from here, we were under a contract with them. Otherwise I would have to pay more, as it would more for them to come out and do the maintenance. We plan on moving next year so I would continuous to use them. Otherwise I would not have had use them. We would have said so long in the beginning because it was all contacted to the new house. It was a brand new house that’s was built. That’s how we ended up with that company because they were the ones who did the work, even if they knew it was bad and people who put the unit in should have made sure the unit was working first even it was beyond the certain time frame they stand by. When I have new house so they should not have a unit go bad so quickly.

Firstly we put 2 out 3 units in your home 3/17/07. We cover all expenses for the 1st yr. You have a mfg warranty 10yrs. WE HAVE NO CONTRACT WITH YOU. Secondly we didn't charge you anything until March 2011, that's 3 yrs. out of warranty with us. You paid f/labor only the 1 compressor we changed out. I'm very sorry your dissatisfied with our company, but I don't think the grade you gave us is fair. We've been in business for 22 yrs and do care about our customers. Mike Smith, Owner."

We had an energy study done on our house due to extreme high energy bills. All issues pointed out by the study that related to the heater and air condition unit and ducts were addressed and rectefied. Three people came on time and finished the job in about three hours. They did exactly what they said they would do at a very reasonable price.

Air conditioner had stopped producing cold air. Upon closer inspection, the outdoor unit was no longer running. Serviceman arrived within 1 hour and opened the access panel on the outside unit. The serviceman recognized with one look that the capacitor was blown. The same repair man had been to my house 18 days earlier to fix a bad electrical connection on my indoor unit, so he only charged me for the price of the capacitor as part of a 30 day guarantee on his earlier work. Normal hourly charge is around $65, but goes up to $90 for emergency calls after normal work hours. He was competent, courteous, and professional.
